The ISO 9001 Standard possesses an element intended to provide varieties of the features which support the method for the improvement of the management system. Internal audit organizes the part of set which is also recognizable to the average person. It is the sole responsibility of the management to define the policies and objectives and management need to establish system to support these objectives and policies. In this regard, internal audits should offer information specific to the management system operation and focus on the needs of management. Most of the time, the reports contained the internal audit activity includes a multitude of the failings package that throws a little impact on the needs of the management. But such type of material provided to the managers who do not give value to investment. It is not the audit but perpetrators are also ignored. As a result, the reason of the failure is to identify the needs of the audit customers while quality management implication rejects all these process to cover up the importance of these needs. Quality department staff and managers usually complain of the lack of management commitment which is the major requirements of ISO 9001 standards. The deficiency of the management commitment also creates hurdles to personal advancement opportunities. But improvement is possible that requires a change in the strategy for both quality and executive managers.
